28 Christmas Gift Ideas

Hello everyone!

Today I am bringing you 28 different ideas for Christmas gifts to give to people this year. Or next year. Or whenever. The point is, here are some products that I think would make great gifts! I’ve organized them into four different categories: gifts for bookworms, gifts for pen pals/snail mail enthusiasts, gifts for plant lovers, and miscellaneous things that don’t fit into any other category. 🙂

Gifts for Bookworms

1. Literary Book Gifts: T-shirts or Tote Bags

Someday I’ll finish War and Peace and then I’ll have to get a t-shirt so I can boast about it. XD

This store has t-shirts and tote bags with vintage designs of classic books. Their products feature books like The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Pride and Prejudice, Treasure Island, A Tale of Two Cities, Jane Eyre, and more. 2. Sprout Bookmarks 

I think these bookmarks are so cute and clever! I usually forget to use bookmarks but these would probably help me remember. 🙂 These come in packs of 6 on Amazon and they also have four leaf clover bookmarks in this same style.

3. Hardback Book Purse

I think this is such a great idea! These purses are made out of hardcover books that have been depaged and fabricified (like my vocabulary? XD) with pretty fabrics on the inside. They even have pouches and a little wallet-like section inside!

4. Book Snail Mail Kit

A fun snail mail kit for all the bookworms out there who want to share their bookish thoughts and recommendations with their friends!

5. Novel Teas

This cleverly named item would be a great gift for a classic book-loving tea-drinking person. It consists of 25 bags of tea with book quotes on the tags. It would also be fun to send the individual bags of tea along with letters.

6. Bendable Book Light

I think this book light is pretty genius! It can bend around your neck so you don’t have the bother of trying to get it in the right position. Book lights usually cause me grief rather than helping me, but this one seems like it would work pretty well!

7. Just One More Chapter Pillow Cover

This would be a fun decoration for a bookworm’s bedroom. You can either get this one-sided option or another one with “nope, not done yet…” on the back.

Gifts for Snail Mail Enthusiasts

As you may or may not have noticed, I really love pen paling and snail mail. If anybody who reads this needs my Christmas list, then I would love anything in this category! 😛

8. Decorated Envelopes

My sister makes these amazing envelopes which you can find in her shop. There are these flower ones pictured as well as book ones, in case you’re buying a gift for a snail mail enthusiast who is also a bookworm. 🙂

9. Washi Stickers

StampandSealedCo  on Etsy has over 300 different kinds of cute and pretty washi stickers ranging from whales to cacti to books. And for a reasonable price too! These would be a great thing to spruce up letters or envelopes, and would also be a nice little gift to include with your letter for your penpal.

11. Kraft Envelopes

Envelopes are certainly a necessary part of pen paling and Kraft paper envelopes are really fun to decorate. This 100 pack on Amazon should last them a little while!

12. Sealing Wax Kit

Sealing wax would certainly be a fun thing to have if you’re a pen pal! This set has five different color options or you can choose the option with a mix of 12 different colors, pictured above. There are 230 beads, two candles, and a melting spoon.

13. Erasable Gel Pens

I think erasable gel pens are a pretty great invention. I like writing with pens best because ink is easier to read and write with, but then there’s a problem when you make a mistake. With these you can just erase it and keep on going!

14. Pen Pals are Friends Forever Mug

Pen pals are pretty amazing, and if you’re looking for a gift to send one of yours, maybe this mug would be something they’d love. 🙂

Gifts for Plant Lovers

Since succulents and cacti are rather popular right now and I know of lots of people who like them, I decided to make a category for planty things.

15. Sitting Pot

This is such a fun idea for a pot! You can see another pot she has for sale in the background that is similar to this one.

16. Succulent and Cactus T-shirt

I like the design on this t-shirt and the simple white and black style. I’m also sort of running out of comments to say about products. So here’s a shirt. XD

17. Squishy Cactus

OH MY IT’S SO CUTE AND SQUISHY!

18. Succulent Art Print

Here’s a way to put succulents on your wall if you run out of shelves or hanging pots! This is a really cute art print and if you go to her shop she has several other prints like it. (Note: a lot of these ideas in this post are from Clara who somehow finds a ton of amazing plant things.)

19. Cactus Salt and Pepper Shaker

Hehe, this is such a cute salt and pepper shaker! It’s all one piece, but the cactus and the pot separate so you can put salt in one and pepper in another.

20. Cactus Candles

I love these cactus candles too – they’re so realistic and detailed! But I’m pretty sure I would never want to burn them. 🙂

21. Copper Watering Can

This would be really nice to keep in our room as a decoration and for watering our plants. And it’s copper, even better! 🙂

The last category is for random things that didn’t really fit in the categories above.

22. Manatee Tea Infuser

I’ve never used tea infusers but this manatee one makes me want to start using them. (And if I had one I’d make sure to name it Barbara.)

23. You’re Too Close Hat

HAHA! I find this hat rather humorous. (Speaking of which, see #25.)

24. Moon Lamp

These lamps look so pretty! It comes with two modes: white and then a warm yellowish color.

25. Humerus T-Shirt

Hehehehehehe. And the cat looks a lot like our cat! XD

26. Morris the Donkey

My friend gave this to me for my birthday and I love it! Not only is it a donkey, but it’s really easy to grab one of his papers, write a note, and clip it in his mouth. 🙂

27. 104 Things to Photograph Book

This book has 104 creative photography prompts and it also has little slots to put your pictures in once you take them. This would be a fun gift for anyone who likes photography!

28. Egg Separators

According to a sign at the Christmas tree farm we went to, egg separators make good gifts. So there you go.
