Baby Bunnies

As you probably could tell from the title, we have baby bunnies now! Our rabbit Willow just had four tiny babies on Monday. It’s been over half a year since we’ve had baby bunnies, and almost a year since we’ve had some that survived, so I’m quite happy that we have more bundles of fuzz! (Although they don’t have terribly much fuzz at the moment.)

As I said, there are four. One is brown and black spotted, and I believe she will look similar to our rabbit Snickers, since Snickers was the father of the babies.

We also have a brown spotted one. He looked solid white at first, with just a bit of faint brown speckling him, but now you can notice his brown spots better. 🙂

They are so adorable!

The only solid-colored baby is solid black and super cute. My camera doesn’t take the best pictures of solid black fuzzy critters, but I got a few. 🙂

And finally, we have a black spotted one.

I’m glad that they’re all so different so that we can tell them apart from each other.

Even though they are only three days old, it really seems like they’re getting fuzzier than they were when we first found them! Hopefully a week from now their eyes will open. 🙂

I haven’t come to a complete decision yet, but I think I may keep the brown and black spotted one. It would work better if it would be a doe (then we could have more baby bunnies!), so if that one turns out to be a buck, I may choose the brown spotted one. 🙂

Also, we saw Lilac and Hank, two bunnies from WIllow’s first litter a few months ago. They had gotten SO much bigger.
