Hello!
I’m finally willing to let summer go. Even though I miss the warm mornings and school-free days, I’m glad for the colors of fall that are beginning to show, as well as boots and flannel. 🙂
Our chrysanthemums are probably the most colorful plants around our farm. The trees seem to want to hold on to summer as much as I do, for only a few of our maples are brushed with color at the very top. This morning I got some photos of a few colorful leaves that lay on the ground, but then decided to photograph the mums.
We have a bunch of mums, but our grandmother’s mums are by far the most beautiful. They are so puffy and colorful! We get to plant-sit them while she’s on vacation.

I miss summer too, but Autumn is such a nice season! I love the colors and the coziness. 🙂

It shows a little rectangle for each photo with a little square thing and a label “fall photos- [and a number]” inside the rectangle. Wierd.

I’m not missing summer too much… but I guess that’s because I prefer autumn over summer. My birthday is in fall and I love seeing all the colors. I love the autumn rains and cloudy days along with the just perfect teampatures – not 90 degrees but not 40 below. (It seriously gets to both of those were I live in the summer and winter. 😛 ) Spring and summer are my favorite seasons. 🙂 ❤
