Well, I think they normally just hurt for the first few days after they put them on/tighten them, but my canine teeth are up in my gums super high, so they get pulled down really much. 😉 They aren’t horrid. And I get to pick the colors I want! I don’t know if you can do that at your orthodontist though…

You can take it from the internet, but I suggest you use a photo from unsplash.com or some other free photo website, so I don’t have to do a “via” every time I put the poster in my post. 😉
