Time for the next part! YAY.
Meanwhile, as Inchy B was pondering how to get the creative juices to the other Inchworms, Albert S was trying to get back in the Bake so that he could put up a sign, a sign to tell them how to keep their creative juices. But the Bake was shut.
He couldn’t find any knife around, so he braced his back against the Bake and planted his platform (inchworms often have a hard time standing up with out platforms, and Albert is especially tall) on the Bake’s door. Pushing hard, the door creaked open.
And then all at once it swung back. Albert dropped inside of the Bake. Now, how would he make a sign? He had some paper, but he couldn’t find anything to write with.
And then he found a small burnt piece of food that would serve as a pencil.
He got the piece of paper he had put in his invisible pocket, and scribbled out a message.
Remain calm and all will be fine. – A friend
Then he stuck it between a grate and the side of the Bake, making sure it was secure. He stood back to admire his work. It is, after all, rather hard for an inchworm to write a large sign, and Albert did it with only a piece of charred food.
But then, Alas and Alack! A human stomped into the kitchen. Seeing the Bake’s open door, she closed it with a bang, not bothering to look inside.
“Help! INCHY B! PRIMROSE! Someone, help me!” cried Albert, forgetting for once in his life to remain calm. But it was no use. His small voice would never go through the Bake’s heavy doors.
I prefer writing about Inchy B to Albert S. I think, but this was kind of fun. Stay tuned for the next part, folks!
I cannot figure out a NEEDTOBREATHE song. At least I think it’s by NEEDTOBREATHE… 😛 All I can remember is “I’ll be the fortress, you the hider.” That’s all! :O
