Will it Work or Fail? ~Episode 1

Hey everyone!
I came up with an idea, what if I do posts where I come up with a project to make, and then I’ll take pictures as I go along. Then I’ll tell you what I made (or tried to make), show you a poll in which you can say whether you think it will work or fail. I’ll put the pictures I took in the post, and then say if it worked or failed!Okay, so maybe I’m not the best at explaining things. But lets have a go, shall we? 😀

What I’m Making: A collar for my (super hyper) rabbit, Clementine.

Before you vote, please know that before I made this project, I didn’t really know how elastic worked… oh, and here are the things I used (plus a sewing machine which isn’t pictured. 😉 )

Alrighty then! What do you guess will happen?

Here are the pictures…

Grr! The elastic popped out. 😦
There. NOW STAY, ELASTIC. 😛

Okay… it fits…

So the end result is a collar that looks fairly nice and doesn’t come apart under Clementine’s tugs. I’d say this project worked! 😀 I’ll probably make another bigger one for my little sister’s rabbit sometime. 🙂

Thanks for reading! Would you like to see more of this series?

We are done with school!! YAY! But… now we have to make metal nests for our chicken houses. 😦 Fifty-three down, 75 more to go.

      1. I couldn’t see the pics either. 😦 I’m pretty sure the only way to see them is to be signed into a Google account on the browser that you’re on. I think that’s why some people can see them, and others can’t.

  4. Hi, Megan! My name is Shelby-Grace and I just found your blog today, and I love it! 🙂

Your bunny Clementine is just too cute 🙂 You did a great job for your first time using elastic.
I really like this idea for a series, too!

      1. You’re welcome! 🙂
I think a pet bunny would be really fun to own, but we currently live in a neighborhood with no large enough outdoor space for a bunny or any other outdoor-ish pets, and already have a cat and dog 😉
Out of curiosity, I’m sure you enjoy all your pets, but do you have a favorite animal in particular? 🙂 While I love both my cat and dog, I think I’m mostly a cat person 😉

Yep! They are fun. 😀 Oh, that’s too bad. :/
Hmm. I don’t know. I love our kitten, and our dog… and my bunny. And our grumpy cat. But I might be a dog person. Well, I don’t know!
