The Adventures of Inchy B {Pt. 5}

I left you with a cliffhanger last, (if you haven’t seen any of this yet go HERE where I’ve posted all the parts so far) so I’ll just jump right in!

Inchy B lay in the jar for nearly five minutes before realizing that the fuchsia was actually just some of her belt’s purple mixed with the white wax. She shook her head and found that she could see just as well as ever, if not better, the wax having gotten some lint out of her eye holes. She scrambled up to the brown grass.

After the brown grass there was some more cold white stuff that Inchy B had to get on to. She puzzled over it for a while before coming up with a plan.

She took a massive leap and jumped up into the air. She aimed her body towards the cold white stuff and started going back down.

She landed on her side. It took her a little to get her breath back but once she did she stood up and looked at Green Wall who stood before her. Then she started to climb.

Inchy B climbed up, up, up, until she came to something different. It was like a hole with another room behind it, but when she tapped it she couldn’t go through. Then she noticed something. It was an inchworm!

“Hello, I am Inchy B!” she said to it. It mouthed the exact same words back to her.

It’s my OTHER SELF! Incy B thought, wildly excited.

She climbed onto the glass separator to try to get a better look at her other self. It didn’t work very good, because apparently the Other Self wanted to get a better look at Inchy B and she crawled right along with her.

At last Inchy B decided she had to get back to Itchy so she left her Other Self, making sure to give it a thank you card. She wasn’t sure what kind of card would be best, but she had read somewhere in an Inchworm Etiquette book that thank you cards usually fit the occasion in some sort of way.

Unfourtunatley for Inchy B, she didn’t not realize what else she had left behind.
