The Adventures of Inchy B {Pt. 3}

YAY! PART THREE! XD In my giveaway lots of people said that Inchy’s photo story was their favorite post, so with out further ado (ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado ado  there, done) I present you part three!

Inchy B had come a long way. A piece of her had gotten pinched off in the door, she had gotten covered in lint, and she was very weary. But as she inched on she noticed that the ground ahead was white. Itchy had said that it would be white when she reached The Land of Your Other Self.

She walked closer and slowly inched onto the white tile.

“One little step for Inchworm, one giant step for Inchwormkind,” she murmured.

At last she, Inchy B, was completely on the tile. She forgot all her aches and pains and weariness and became overjoyed. Soon she would meet her Other Self!

She looked ahead and saw a big white something. It didn’t look very safe so she veered over into another track.

This track took her to a light green shaggy substance.

Grass! She thought, as she heaved herself up.

As she inched across the ‘grass’ she felt terribly small. And she was. Her little green self was barely noticeable!

Once off the ‘grass’ Inch B noticed a brown chunk of wood.

“Why hello, Mr. Brown Chunk of Wood!” she called out cheerfully, “would you mind telling me how to get to my Other Self?”

Mr. Brown Chunk of Wood did not answer. Inchy B was certain that if she got on top of Mr. Brown Chunk of Wood (let’s call him Mr. BCW) she could find her Other Self.

Sadly for her, it was rather hard to get up Mr. BCW. He had many corners and was rather tall. She was so disappointed in Mr. BCW that she wept mournfully for a whole second before drying her eyes. She didn’t really need to dry her eyes though, because eye that have been poked on to worms do not get tears in.

After tossing her imaginary handkerchief to the imaginary wind, Inchy B discovered a Mr. Black Piece of Plastic (Mr. BPP) who was much more considerate than the Chunk. She easily scaled his sides and crept up to the top.

Unfortunately, Mr. BPP was not touching Mr. BCW. Inchy gathered all of her courage up and held a conference with it. She didn’t have many courages but they were willing enough and she bridged the gap. Clay is a bit sticky, so her front stuck successfully to Mr. BCW.

She dragged her whole body onto the Chunk and made her way up, up to her Other Self.

We made a little waterfall in our ‘creek’ the other day and my brothers and I even made a water wheel that spins in it! I’ll show you a picture sometime. 🙂
