Name That Flower!

Name That Flower!

Hey folks!

Here is another round of Name That Flower! Enjoy!

And for those who don’t know what this is, you have to

  • Look at the flowers below
  • Guess what they are (you don’t have to be super specific), and please don’t Google it.
  • Put your guesses in the comments!

The winner gets a link to their blog if they have one, and if they don’t, the second place winner gets one.

I will post the answers on November 24th. These are going to be a little harder then last time. :O

Flowerss 005
Number One
Megan 061
Number Two
blue iris
Number Three
colimbine
Number Four
Megan (Yo-Yon, Mango, Daisy, Jinx) 038
Number Five

And the guessing starts NOW!

Along with your flower names you can put a name for Olaf! Yes, we do know she is a girl now. We probably will name her Holly, but you can still think up names in case we find an even better one! Jeff doesn’t want it to sound to humanish, and a nature name would be favored. I’ll announce what her name is along with the Name That Flower contest results.😀

The next snippet of news is that I have added some more polls! 😉 Not too unusual though. 🙂

The last snippet of news is more like a question. Did you know that lots of times under my sign-off I actually write more? Except, it’s in white. 🙂 So you have to highlight any space under my sign-off to see if I have anything else to say!

(Up next, a funny story about a dresser handle!)

Sign-off

Hint: The first one is a summer flower, and it starts with ‘C’.

  1. That is great! You could name Olaf….Joe! It is a boy and girl name! Or Bobby? Nicki? I think that number 3 is an Iris, number 2 is possibly a Peony. Number 5 is a daisie??? I don’t know! Can’t wait until………………..the 24th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll be WAITING!!!!!!! If I decided to do a mystery photo post, would I be ‘stealing’ your sister Allison’s idea?

  2. I definitely don’t know all of them, but I’m guessing that Number 3 is a violet and Number 5 is a daisy. As for names for Olaf, I suggest Blizzard, Snowflake, or Snow White. (Lots of snow names!)

  7. I think number three is belladonna delphinium, one of my favorite flowers! And i think number five is a daisy. That’s all I got.

  8. I am not really good with flowers, but I’m guessing the third one is a bluebell or some orchid, and five is a daisy. I feel like I’ve seen a flower just like five that wasn’t a daisy, but I can’t remember its name. Well, anyway, I wanted to say the picture of the pink flower is great!

Also, I think bluebell is a great bunny name, and it has to do with nature.
